By accessing or using Frelanceo ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users including freelancers, clients, influencers, and promoters.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

2.2 Account Types

• Freelancers: Individuals offering services
• Clients: Individuals/businesses seeking services
• Influencers: Content creators for promotion
• Promoters: Marketing service providers

3. Services & Projects

3.1 Project Posting

• Clients must provide clear project requirements
• Projects must comply with our content guidelines
• No illegal, offensive, or prohibited content allowed
• Payment terms must be clearly specified

3.2 Service Delivery

• Freelancers must deliver work as per agreed timeline
• Quality must meet project specifications
• Revisions should be handled professionally
• Communication must be maintained through platform

4. Payments & Fees

4.1 Payment Processing

• We use Razorpay (India) and PayPal (International) for payments
• All payments are secured through encrypted channels
• Platform fee of 10-20% applies on all transactions
• Taxes are additional as applicable

4.2 Escrow Protection

• Client payments are held in escrow until project completion
• Funds released after client approval or dispute resolution
• Refunds processed as per refund policy

5. Promotion & Influencer Services

5.1 Promotion Guidelines

• Influencers must disclose sponsored content
• Promotional content must be authentic and genuine
• No fake followers or engagement manipulation
• Compliance with advertising standards required

5.2 Campaign Deliverables

• Clear deliverables must be specified in campaign brief
• Performance metrics should be measurable
• Timeline for campaign execution must be realistic
• Content approval process should be defined

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership Rights

• Freelancers retain IP rights to their work until full payment
• Upon payment, IP rights transfer to client as per agreement
• Platform content is owned by Frelanceo
• No unauthorized use of platform branding

6.2 Content Usage

• Users grant license for platform to display their work
• Portfolio items can be used for platform promotion
• No commercial use of others' work without permission

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Resolution Process

• Parties must attempt mutual resolution first
• Platform mediation available for unresolved disputes
• Decisions by platform moderators are final
• Legal escalation only after platform resolution attempts

7.2 Refund Disputes

• Refund requests evaluated based on service delivery
• Partial refunds for partially completed work
• No refunds for completed and approved work
• Refer to Refund Policy for detailed guidelines

8. Prohibited Activities

• Spamming or unsolicited marketing
• Sharing personal contact information outside platform
• Circumventing platform fees
• Misrepresentation of skills or services
• Harassment or unprofessional behavior
• Multiple accounts for same individual
• Chargeback abuse

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activities
• Non-payment of fees
• Legal compliance requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

Frelanceo is not liable for:

• Quality of services provided by freelancers
• Disputes between users
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Third-party service disruptions

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
